Orthospinology is a specialty in chiropractic. It is a very gentle, non-manipulative procedure. It is safe and effective for the whole family.

That depends on the individual’s problem. Normally we see patients six to ten times on average. After that they are released from active care and return only as needed.

When you arrive for your first visit we will have you fill out a history and then we will perform a thorough orthopedic, neurological, and radiological (if warranted) exam. This will give us the information needed to qualify you for the procedure.

After completing a four-year undergraduate degree and a four-year chiropractic degree you are then eligible to begin work on the orthospinology course of study. This usually takes another two years to attain certification.

Orthospinology is based on the work of John Grostic, which began in the 1940’s.
